Detox Placement

At Ikon Recovery, we partner with a collection of the best and most reliable detox centers across the country. While we do not offer detox services at our New Jersey location, we will connect you or your loved one with an industry-leading resource for professional medical care to facilitate the earliest phase of your recovery.

During detox treatment, you may participate in medication-assisted treatment and medical management to alleviate withdrawal symptoms and increase your comfort level.

Once detox treatment has been completed, you will be prepared to transition into one of our standard or specialty treatment programs with a curated plan to meet your needs.

The recovery process is of the utmost importance—but busy working professionals are often concerned about how they will balance the demands of their careers with treatment.

It’s common to feel lost or alone after formal treatment has ended. With Ikon Recovery, we’re committed to walking alongside you long after you graduate from structured treatment programs.

With a full roster of ongoing support solutions and resources at your fingertips, we will be there to help you build a sober, successful future.

From housing and transportation to credit repair and nutrition guidance, we want to help you become the best version of yourself for life.

Vivitrol Treatment

  • Vivitrol (naltrexone) works by blocking the effects of opioids or alcohol in the brain,[2] reducing the rewarding effects these substances produce and diminishing cravings.
  • Studies have shown Vivitrol to be both safe and effective,[3] helping to keep individuals struggling with addiction sober for longer after the detoxification process is complete.
  • In addition to its mechanism of blocking the effects of opioids and alcohol, Vivitrol stands out for its extended-release formula, providing continuous support during the course of treatment.
  • By mitigating cravings, Vivitrol treatment at Ikon can play a vital role in the journey to sustained recovery. Its proven track record makes it a valuable tool in comprehensive addiction treatment, offering individuals a bridge to a more stable, sustainable, and sober life.

TMS Treatment & Therapy

Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a noninvasive type of brain intervention that introduces targeted electric impulses to treat a number of disorders, including:

  • Substance use disorder
  • Mental health disorders like anxiety and depression
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
  • Eating disorders

During treatment sessions, magnetic fields stimulate brain activity to improve the symptoms of your disorder. There is no pain, and no incisions are required for this highly effective intervention.

NAD+

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including energy metabolism and DNA repair.[4] While your body naturally produces NAD+, people struggling with addiction often have their NAD+ stores depleted.

NAD+ supplementation at Ikon treatment can help support cellular function and repair, aiding in the overall recovery process including:[5]

  • Mitigating withdrawal
  • Supporting energy and metabolic function
  • Regulating neurotransmitters

Trauma-Informed Care Treatment

The experience of trauma can stick with you for life and is often an influence in mental health and substance use disorders.

With trauma-informed care, every therapy session and treatment intervention is applied with an awareness of past trauma.

This practice reduces the potential for further harm and increases the success of your treatment.

Dual Diagnosis

It’s not uncommon for mental health and substance use disorders to coexist. While one doesn’t cause the other, they often agitate each other and complicate the treatment and recovery process.

By participating in dual diagnosis treatment, we can address each disorder as a unique challenge but with the understanding that you’re struggling with both.

This ensures holistic healing rather than a stunted or broken treatment plan that constantly shifts from one disorder to the other.
