What happens after my treatment program is over?
Once formal treatment has ended, Ikon Recovery will still be in your corner, supporting your next move. Our extensive alumni services offer valuable, practical resources such as career assistance, financial guidance, and more to help you create a solid foundation for your new life.
Can I force someone into rehab?
In some states, a minor can be involuntarily admitted to treatment by a parent or guardian. However, there are far more criteria required to involuntarily admit a legal adult into temporary inpatient treatment, followed by long-term outpatient treatment.[1]
- Legal adult, 18 or older
- With serious mental health concerns
- Who is unlikely to follow medical advice and requires supervision
- Or is likely to refuse treatment
